Refund/ Cancellation

Do take note after payment

1. In the event of rain all activities need to stop and castle to be kept indoor. 🌧

2. NO cancellation allowed ❌

3. NO refund due to wet weather ☔

Safety Issue

Usage of bouncy castle are advised to be supervise by adult. We are not liable for any injuries caused while playing.

Waterplay

All of our castle are for dry usage. For waterplay please inform us when ordering as the charges are different. If the castle are found to be use for waterplay without informing, we will be collecting the price difference.

Postpone Of Event

In the event, you need to postpone the event due to emergency try to let us know at least 2 days in advance, we will review on case by case basis.
